Abstract:
New organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials exhibit potential applications in photoelectric fields (such as solar cells, photodetectors, LED and so on), due to their tunable optical bandgap, high carrier mobility, high external quantum efficiency, and long carrier lifetime as well as carrier diffusion length. Since the first perovskite quantum dot sensitized solar cells were prepared with the efficiency of 3.8% in 2009, perovskite materials have once again raised the research boom and widely been studied worldwide. Based on the development of perovskite materials in recent years, the single crystals of Pb-based perovskite materials and Pb-free perovskite materials, including Sn-based, Ge-based perovskite materials, perovskite-like materials and double perovskite materials and their application were reviewed.
