基於Mn-MOF製備的竹節結構Mn2O3及其電化學性能

Study on Bamboo-like Structure Mn2O3 Prepared by Mn-MOF and Its Electrochemical Properties

  • 摘要: 通過簡單的溶劑熱法製備出Mn-MOF前驅體, 然後以Mn-MOF前驅體為模板, 在空氣環境中, 450 ℃溫度下煆燒, 得到Mn2O3。采用XRD、TG、SEM、CV、GCD等表征手段對所得樣品進行結構表征以及性能測試。結果表明, 製備的Mn-MOF為棒狀結構, 棒狀Mn-MOF經煆燒後得到竹節結構Mn2O3。該種竹節結構Mn2O3具有良好的電化學性能, 在0.5 mol/L Na2SO4水溶液電解液中, 電流密度為0.5 A/g時, 比電容為149 F/g。此類新型竹節結構Mn2O3的開發為Mn2O3材料在超級電容器領域的應用開辟新的方向。

     

    Abstract: The Mn-MOF precursor was prepared by a facile solvothermal method, and then, the Mn-MOF precursor was used as a template and calcined at 450 ℃ in an air atmosphere to obtain Mn2O3. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, TG, SEM, CV and GCD. The results showed that the obtained Mn-MOF was a rod-like structure, and the obtained Mn2O3 was a bamboo-like structure after calcined. This bamboo-like structure Mn2O3 demonstrated an excellent electrochemical performance, the specific capacitance was 149.00 F/g when the current density was 0.50 A/g in a 0.5 mol/L Na2SO4 aqueous solution. The development of this new bamboo-like structure Mn2O3 opened up a new direction for the application of Mn2O3 materials in the field of supercapacitors.
