不同種類活性炭對甲苯吸附再生性能研究

A Study on the Properties of Different Types of Activated Carbon for Toluene Adsorption and Regeneration

  • 摘要: 研究了不同種類的活性炭樣品(原料為椰殼、焦油、木質、果殼)對甲苯的吸附再生性能,分析了溫度及活性炭的物理結構性質對甲苯吸附行為的影響。掃描電鏡(SEM)、比表面積及孔體積測試、甲苯吸脫附(甲苯-TPD)等表征結果表明,原料為椰殼和焦油的活性炭的甲苯吸附量及吸附強度相對較大,原因可能為微孔結構有利於甲苯吸附。吸附評價結果表明,微孔內甲苯的吸附擴散需要一定的活化溫度,原料為椰殼的活性炭吸附性能最好,並且經過10次重復再生實驗,其飽和吸附能力仍可達90%以上。

     

    Abstract: The adsorption and regeneration of toluene by different kinds of activated carbon were studied, and the effects of temperature and physical structure of activated carbon were analyzed. The results of scanning electron microscope(SEM), measurement of specific surface area and pore volume, and toluene adsorption and desorption(toluene-TPD)revealed that the coconut shell activated carbon and tar activated carbon had better adsorption capacity and strength than other activated carbons, caused by the large micropore volume. The adsorption properties of toluene showed that the adsorption and diffusion of toluene in micropores require an activation temperature. The coconut shell activated carbon had the best adsorption performance, and after 10 repeated regeneration experiments, the saturation adsorption capacity could still reach 90% or more.
