The Catalytic Properties of Mn-Based Metal-Organic Framework for Benzylalcohol Oxidation

  • 摘要: 通過二羥基對苯二甲酸和Mn2+離子的溶劑熱反應.製備了一種錳基金屬有機框架(Mn-MOF)材料。借助紅外(IR)、X-射線粉末衍射(PXRD)、N2吸脫附(BET)等表征手段對所得催化劑的結構及穩定性、微孔形貌進行了表征.考察該催化劑在溫和條件下催化氧化苯甲醇製備苯甲醛的催化性能.循環使用10次後轉化率可達94%(反應時間6 h).有望作為多相催化劑得到應用。

     

    Abstract: The Mn-based metal-organic framework (Mn-MOF) material was successfully synthesized by reaction of dihydroxyterephthalic acid and Mn2+ ions under solvothermal condition. The synthesized Mn-based MOF was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), and N2 absorption-desorption (BET). More importantly, the catalytic measurements show that Mn-MOF was a good catalyst for benzylalcohol oxidation under air conditions and still gives 94% conversion in 6 h after 10 catalytic cycles, implying its good potential application as heterocatalyst.
