    C/Fe3O4@TiO2三元復合光催化劑的製備及可見光催化性能

    Synthesis and Efficient Visible Light Photocatalytic Activity of C/Fe3O4@TiO2 Ternary Composite Photocatalyst

    • 摘要: 采用水熱法合成Fe-MOF作為前驅體,再采用溶膠凝膠法在表面包裹TiO2,製備出不同比例的C/Fe3O4@TiO2三元復合光催化劑,運用X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡以及能譜儀對C/Fe3O4@TiO2復合光催化劑進行結構表征。結果表明:製備出1:10的C/Fe3O4@TiO2的光催化效率最好,亞甲基藍的降解率可以達到95.2%,循環使用5次仍可達91.8%,同時有較高的光利用率,可回收利用,在水汙染處理等方面有一定的價值。

       

      Abstract: The Fe-MOF was synthesized by hydrothermal method and then coated with TiO2 on the surface by sol-gel method. Different proportions of C/Fe3O4@TiO2 three element composite photocatalyst were prepared. The composite was characterized by X ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results showed that the 1:10 porous carbon/Fe3O4@TiO2 photocatalyst had better adsorption and catalytic efficiency. The degradation rate of methyl blue could reach 95.2%, and it could still reach 91.8% after five times of recycling. Meanwhile it had higher photocatalytic efficiency and recyclability, which had certain value in water pollution treatment.
