Abstract:
The multi-region technology adoption system optimization model with uncertain effects of technology learning and diffusion effects was construct. On this basis, it collected and sorts out the spatial distribution data of 5G base stations in Shanghai, and calculated the existing quantity and demand quantity of 5G base stations for four region levels in Shanghai. From the perspective of minimizing the cost of the system and meeting the 5G demand of Shanghai region, it put forward the optimization plan of Shanghai 5G base station adoption system, which could provide reference for relevant government decision makers when making plans and policies for 5G base station layout in Shanghai.
