    • 摘要: 鈣鈦礦量子點(PQDs)因其在眾多領域的優異光學和電學性質,如窄帶👨🏻‍🦯‍➡️、波長可調及量子效率較高,引起了廣泛關註🧝🏻‍♀️👭。這些特質在光學領域被廣泛利用。近年來⚠️,為提高鈣鈦礦量子點的穩定性,對其結構進行了改進,其中一種有效的方法就是對量子點進行摻雜。介紹了量子點摻雜的研究進展,並對其機理進行簡單探究😖。

       

      Abstract: Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have attracted a lot attention due to their excellent optical and electrical properties in many fields, such as narrow band, tunable wavelength, and high quantum efficiency. These properties have been widely used in optical field. In recent years, in order to improve the stability of perovskite quantum dots, the structure has been improved and explored. One of the effective methods is to dope ions to the quantum dots. This article introduces the research progress of quantum dot doping and briefly explores its mechanism.
