    高速有質量偏心的軸承-轉子系統瞬態熱效應的研究

    Study on the transient thermal responses of high speed rotor-bearing with mass unbalance

    • 摘要: 對軸承油膜和軸瓦的三維瞬態溫度場,使用改進Newton-Raphson算法求解雷諾方程和運動方程,編製仿真程序,對高速下有質量偏心的軸承-轉子系統的瞬態熱效應進行了研究🏌🏻。分別將考慮軸承瞬態三維溫度場、瞬態二維絕熱溫度場得到的軸心運動軌跡和溫度響應做了比較。結果表明,在高轉速時溫度變化對軸心軌跡的影響非常大⚒,如果分析軸承轉子系統的穩定性🧎🏻‍♀️‍➡️,必須同時考慮軸瓦和油膜的瞬態三維溫度場。

       

      Abstract: Considering the transient three-dimensional temperature field of the film and bearing bush, the transient thermal-responses of rotor-bearing system to mass unbalance are performed. The tracks and thermal-responses obtained by considering two-dimensional temperature are compared with the tracks obtained by considering three-dimensional temperature. The results show that the rise of temperature must be considered in the analysis of the stability of high-speed rotor-bearing system. The transient three-dimensional temperature must be considered when analyzing the stability of rotor-bearing.
