增強體SiC預處理工藝的研究進展

Research progress in surface modification technology of reinforcement SiC

  • 摘要: 碳化矽(SiC)具有高強度、高導熱、高導電和高硬度等優點,是復合材料中的高效增強材料,並在電子封裝、機械製造和航空航天等領域得到廣泛應用。然而作為復合材料增強材料所使用SiC通常為微納米級粉體,SiC粉體較高的表面能使其產生嚴重的團聚傾向,在復合材料製備過程中也存在一定界面結合問題,在很大程度上限製了SiC增強復合材料的性能。根據SiC增強復合材料的製備方法及復合材料增強材料與基體復合的影響因素,從純化、表面改性兩個方面闡述了復合材料增強材料SiC預處理工藝的研究進展,對各方面常見的預處理工藝一一進行了介紹和舉例,並提出了復合材料增強材料SiC預處理工藝中存在的幾個亟待解決的問題。

     

    Abstract: Silicon carbide (SiC) has the advantages of high strength, high thermal conductivity, high conductivity, and high hardness. It is an efficient reinforcing material in composite materials and is widely used in fields such as electronic packaging, mechanical manufacturing, and aerospace. And SiC used as reinforcement for composite materials is usually micro and nano sized powder, with high surface energy and a serious tendency to agglomerate. And there are also certain interface bonding problems during the preparation process of composite materials, which greatly limits the performance of SiC reinforced composite materials. Based on the preparation methods of SiC reinforced composite materials and the influencing factors of composite material reinforcement material and matrix composite, this article elaborates on the research progress of SiC pre-treatment process for composite material reinforcement materials from two aspects: purification and surface modification. Common pre-treatment processes in various aspects are introduced and exemplified one by one, and several urgent problems in the SiC pre-treatment process for composite material reinforcement materials are proposed.
