摩擦對大型集裝箱船碰撞影響研究

Research on the influence of friction on collisions of large container ships

  • 摘要: 船體在海水腐蝕、海洋生物滋生等因素的影響下,表面粗糙度會發生變化🤰。集裝箱船碰撞事故會造成船體結構嚴重損傷🧘🏿‍♀️。船舶碰撞過程中,船體之間的摩擦會吸收一部分動能🙆🏻‍♂️。對碰撞過程中的摩擦耗散能的計算采用了庫侖摩擦假設。以某一萬箱集裝箱(TEU)船艙段結構為研究對象,應用非線性有限元軟件Abaqus,研究摩擦對船體結構的碰撞損傷影響規律。研究結果表明👯‍♂️,從結構破壞角度看,摩擦力影響舷側內板的裂紋擴展方向及破口尺寸🧛🏼‍♀️;從能量吸收角度看,隨著摩擦因數增大🦋,碰撞過程中的摩擦耗散能占比呈現先增大後減少的變化趨勢,即摩擦因數增大到某個值後,再增大摩擦因數,摩擦耗散能占比反而減小。

     

    Abstract: Under the influence of factors such as seawater corrosion and the growth of marine organisms, the surface roughness of the hull will change. During the collision process, friction between the hulls will absorb some of the kinetic energy. In this paper, the Coulomb friction hypothesis is used to calculate the frictional energy dissipation during the collision. Taking the cabin section structure of a 10000 twenty-feet equivalentunit (TEU)container ship as the research object, the nonlinear finite element software Abaqus is applied to study the collision damage mechanisms of different friction factors on the hull structure. The research results indicate that, from the perspective of structure failure, the friction affects the crack propagation direction and fracture size of the inner side plate. From the perspective of energy absorption, with the increase of friction coefficient, the proportion of frictional energy dissipation in the collision process presents a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, that is, after the friction factor increases to a certain value, the proportion of frictional energy dissipation decreases.
