Abstract
All-inorganic perovskite CsPbX3 quantum dots (QDs) have attracted much attention in the field of lighting and display due to their excellent optical properties such as high photoluminescence quantum efficiency, adjustable band gap, and narrow excitation bandwidth. The prevailing fabrication approaches of above materials were introduced, such as heat injection method, supersaturated recrystallization, microwave-assisted method, one-step spin coating method, anion exchange method and chemical vapor deposition method, etc. The research progress in optical performance control, Pb substitution or doping of toxic elements was summarized. The potential problems and promising prospect of this material were discussed briefly.
