Analysis of Problems in the Process of Hazardous Chemicals Safety Production Information System and Countermeasures

Under the background of accelerating the construction of risk monitoring and early warning system for hazardous chemicals safety production, local emergency departments and hazardous chemical enterprises responded positively and joined the construction team of hazardous chemicals monitoring and early warning system. Based on the field investigation and data collection of 64 key hazardous chemical enterprises, combined with the standards and specifications, this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the monitoring objectives, monitoring management and monitoring technology in the process of monitoring and early warning system construction of hazardous chemical enterprises, and then establishes the monitoring objects, formulates the reference table of safety production informatization elements and designs the monitoring and early-warning scheme, And then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for the construction of risk monitoring and early warning system of hazardous chemicals safety production.
