Research on Preparation and Performance of Ce and NdCo-doped TiO₂/C Composite Materials

TiO₂/C composite material photocatalysts co-doped with different contents of Ceand Nd were prepared with sol-gel method and impregnation method, with tetrabutyl titanate as precursor and ethanol as solvent.Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and solid powder UV diffuse reflection. Under UV irradiation, with the methylene blue (MB) as a degradation product, the photocatalytic performances of samples with different contents of Ceand Nd were researched.
